Piers did a wonderful job with his magical storytelling today at Holme Street Arts Centre.
There were about 30 there, and a small group of children who really participated in the story, pretending to be eagles, monkeys, etc, with Timmy Thompson, the main character. Piers' stories are designed to indroduce children to magical worlds and relaxation techniques.
I was quite impressed when he got them all to lie down at the end...Piers gave away one of his story CD's away at the end as a prize to the child who listened the best.
